Aladin El-Mafaalani, Professor of political science and political sociology at Münster University of Applied Sciences, will deliver a keynote speech in the first panel, “Narrating Germany – on the self-image of an immigration country“. Bettina Wagner, an ergonomist focusing on the migration of labour in Europe, will join the third panel, “Decent work for all – between the law and reality”. Dr Linda Manning, an intercultural economist & Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawa, will contribute a case study to the second panel, “Refugees on the job market – long-term strategies for sustainable integration”.
